It’s a Balancing Act

I’m a stress magnet.  Always have been.  My husband and I are nearing a new phase in our life and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel that will open it up for us. I’m working full time. I’m going to school part time, but I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, friend, too. And I’m about to be at the end of the semester which means two papers due and an “open book, open notes” exam in American Politics.

So here’s the timeline.  I have a research design paper due to be presented on November 30.  I’ll need to get it to my discussant a couple of days before that. Then I have a literature review due on the last day of exams, which I think is December 13th. I have readings to keep up with, too.

I’ve laid it out and I’ve got to stick to the schedule.  Thank goodness for Merry Maids!

Getting through the next month is key, then I’ll have a month break, another semester and then the summer off.  I can do this.

Oh, and Georgia bead Auburn yesterday and all is well in the world.
